Small fix to an enemy.

There was a problem in which the game couldn't detect a collision the first frame, so an enemy couldn't spawn, but it's now fixed. Thanks a lot to mile_man for finding this one.
While I was at it, I fixed a very specific bug with another enemy that was known but not a priority because it could only happen in a single spot in the game and you had to try to make it happen.
