Final demo update
So I finally finished adding the new NPCs I talked about.
There are 16 new NPCs throughout the whole map. (Although one of them is repeated multiple times so it's more like 20-21? You'll know what I mean when you see it)
They weren't added for any purpose in particular, mainly to give some life to the map. Some of them point towards secrets but others are just there for the characters.
I also made it so the leaf counter hides when in dialogue or in a cutscene, that way it doesn't get in the way of certain dialogues.
And that's pretty much it, unless a mistake or bug is found, this should be the last update to the demo.
Another small thing is that I was accepted in a local conference to present my game to the public. So that's pretty neat.
